The support service ie delivery & help desk is 5 stars. Very helpful staff. Product wise, I was hoping for a screen cover to remove screen glare to use hardware in a conservatory or outdoors. I'd say there is an improvement but about 3 stars as screen still suffers reflection particularly in brighter conditions. From an internal use, I'm sure the cover has saved my eyes which were becoming red and tired when using my laptop during a day indoors so 5 star there. Product wise the magnetic stripe do not have strong enough adhesive so sometimes the magnetic strength unstick them and over time, sticking them back regularly, I suspect their adhesive quality will reduce. So if you wish to use your screen away from sunshine or a bright day, it's a definite winner, or indeed using it indoors to save your eyes.
