the POS has been difficult to use. the first time was fine. follow up purchases did not really go through despite the screen showing my order was made.
the second was because i had to do a follow up consultation which the system did not reflect that i had to do so, let alone give me the option to do so.
the third time was when i made an order and i didnt get a confirmation email.
i had to use the live chat to resolve both times.
