An otherwise excellent experience only let down by bad delivery experience - delivered 40 mins after the agreed 3 hour time window and causing me significant inconvenience.
The website design and interface is friendly and easy to use. My consulting doctor was very friendly, professional and thorough and made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
Overall, mostly a fantastic experience but given the sensitive nature of medication, delivery is most important and failing to deliver in agreed time window makes me think twice about using again.
