Kristina Ryan was the worst realtor. She lied repeatedly and was there more for the buyer than she was for me. The director of offerpad had to step in to save the sale of my home. I would strongly discourage anyone from using offerpad. She threatened me with legal action when I said I'm not comfortable with questions that she refused to answer, she wouldn't answer any texts or calls when I had follow-up questions and in the end told me, too bad you sold your house you need to get out.
