Orders ALWAYS need time for "verification purposes" and take forever to verify. You can't get ahold of anyone through their phone. Their facebook is useless because they just give the typical "verification purpose" message. If you attempt to cancel, you will get refunded quick, but that is because they take a percentage of the Paypal processing fees ($2.9% of your order) and keep it. It is not refundable, so they make their money that way, by doing nothing. They keep you waiting so long, you lose patience and cancel, so they get money easy. I do NOT recommend OffGamers.
