“Bought a 50 euro Astropay voucher. Couldt use it anywhere. Either because it Said that its the wrong region (even if it was valid region) or because it Said that ”only one user can be linked to the voucher”. So either I bought a voucher that was allready added from another user and then sold. Or they mixed up the regions.

“I have been scammed by OffGamers, they sent me wrong product and take no responsibility!
2 weeks ago, I made an order for Vanilla GiftCard from this scam website. They sent me the code immediately, however it was not Vanilla Gift Card but a Reward Card which IS NOTHING RELATED TO my order.
After it, I've contacted them and they never responded me for 2 days (support.cdk email address) and I've contacted to normal support address.
I was going to buy AirBnb place with that Vanilla Card but because they sent me a card doesnt work at that app, I had to stay outside for 3 nights due to their mistake as I spend my last cash to make order from this scammers.
I told them that this is not a Vanilla card but a Reward card which is not my product that I paid for and they started to send me canned responses like "Reward card is something like Vanilla card"
I did not pay for a product "SOMETHING LIKE". I wanted them to fix this issue and give me the product I paid for, but they only send me their TOS and rules that says it's not possible to refund bla bla bla.
They send you wrong product and take no responsibility, if you RELY ON THESE SCAMMERS, you may stay outside for 3 nights like me.
I will post this review everywhere and make a legal complain about their company and website next week.
Stay away from OffGamers if you want decent support and not a company that only covers their back but not yours.

“Poor service. They are asking different type of document after providing them in the first place. First, they asked NID & Card first 6 , alst 4 digit. I have submitted both of these. After then, they asked me again to submit Driving license & card's full pic without blur anything. Maybe they will ask again to provide them passport etc & my existence proof.
Such terrible experience with this website. They are now probably collecting user's all personal info for misuse it later or sell user's personal info to other agency.

“I paid for a PS gift card and the money was immediately taken out of my account. The order page said that the founds were received but than I was informed via email that it would take 24 hours to review the purchase and would not be receiving the gift card until the verification is complete. When I tried to cancel the order and get my money back so that I can buy the gift card on a different website they said tat it would take 14 business days to return the money. “I woke up, and I got 6 notifications from my banking app. 6 separate payments to “OFFGAMERS GLOBAL PTE LT”. 6 separate charges of $52.05. I had never heard of this company before so obviously I was confused. These were not charges made by me. I contacted them through their very suspicious looking website and their customer service was very unhelpful. They just told me to email a specific email address. I did, and it took almost a full 24 hours to get back to me and all they said was that they were unable to do anything in the mist blunt, unfriendly, and uncaring email I’ve ever received. This company is trash and be weary.”
