"I have been scammed by OffGamers, they sent me wrong product and take no responsibility!\r\n\r\n2 weeks ago, I made an order for Vanilla GiftCard from this scam website. They sent me the code immediately, however it was not Vanilla Gift Card but a Reward Card which IS NOTHING RELATED TO my order.\r\n\r\nAfter it, I've contacted them and they never responded me for 2 days (support.cdk email address) and I've contacted to normal support address.\r\n\r\nI was going to buy AirBnb place with that Vanilla Card but because they sent me a card doesnt work at that app, I had to stay outside for 3 nights due to their mistake as I spend my last cash to make order from this scammers.\r\n\r\nI told them that this is not a Vanilla card but a Reward card which is not my product that I paid for and they started to send me canned responses like \"Reward card is something like Vanilla card\"\r\n\r\nI did not pay for a product \"SOMETHING LIKE\". I wanted them to fix this issue and give me the product I paid for, but they only send me their TOS and rules that says it's not possible to refund bla bla bla.\r\n\r\nThey send you wrong product and take no responsibility, if you RELY ON THESE SCAMMERS, you may stay outside for 3 nights like me.\r\n\r\nI will post this review everywhere and make a legal complain about their company and website next week.\r\n\r\nStay away from OffGamers if you want decent support and not a company that only covers their back but not yours.\r\n\r\nStay away from these guys. You order XBOX gift card, they send you PS GiftCard and tell: \"It's same thing bro, they are both gaming platform come on\""
