I use OffGamers to get iTunes e-cards for friends/family who are spread throughout the EU & Australia. After you get through the initial proof of identity (which is annoying, but necessary and is only required 1 time), the sales have been hassle free and go through very quickly. Their fees are very reasonable and I plan to continue using them. I've never purchased any other form of e-card through OffGamers other than iTunes so I cannot comment on how those work, but if you're looking for an iTunes e-card to send to someone on the other side of the globe, OffGamers is a reliable source.
