Had a problem with the purchase about my card and waited a couple of hours for verification but they were very Accomodating and kept me updated.
The 24/7 support is excellent although I don't see any chat live support but they send updates on email. Just open a ticket then You'll will surely get a reply in minutes. First time in this website and I'am so impressed how they handle things in their business. They really care. =)
