Kit dispatched within 24 hours but not received for 72 hours - subsequently not used for the trip they were purchased for. Rapid Tests had no comment saying that we agreed to their T&C’s when we purchased the kit. Rubbish service by a company taking advantage of terrible situation for most. Avoid them.
