Do not use! Their ‘guarantee’s’ of getting the test to you by the next day mean nothing, nor do they know the meaning of customer service. They broke the customer ‘contract’ when the test didn’t arrive for 2.5 days, ie very late the day before our early morning flight. By that time, and after reporting this to them, we had given up and had to fork out for another emergency walk in test or we wouldn’t have been able to board our flight. I appealed for a refund. Got a stick standard response, appealed again and offered to return their newly-arrived test unopened - didn’t hear back from them. Complete waste of money and they’re happy to take it off you!!! Appalling!
