I have tried and tried to cancel an appointment. You can't do it. In fact, you can't even change it. The appointment is over a month away.
No one at this questionable place answers or responds to ANY messages.
Use a different lab. They have taken 70 British pounds from me for 2 in-clinic Covid tests. If you have to change or cancel they will simply ignore you and keep your money.
This is one more example of a company trying to profit off a pandemic.
