Please do not use.
My results never came back, my partner's the day after we were due to fly out. (4days after submitting the tests!!!!)
This caused us to miss our flight.
Costumer service attendant Suzi was extremely rude and kept repeating the same sentence treating us like we were stupid.
They are denying us the refund!!
