I ordered products,nothing arrived,it was Nov 7-now it is Dec-10 .I asked for refund,representative Anna,she wrote me she can give me voucher-as product is out of stock,but when I bought it-it was in stock-on their website.Until today,I don't have products,or refund,Anna Phillips do not reply to my e-mail,at all.Shame on them.Scamming people,be aware of this company!
