EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Ordered dress on 04/08/20. I received email 06/08/20 to confirm the order will be delivered on 10/08/20 followed by a second email to say it will be delivered on 13/08/20. However, nothing arrived, so contacted/sent emailed to the OH Polly - Contact us form on 13/08/20. However, yet to receive a response. Kindly, please tell us what’s happening with our order???? We have paid for this- this terrible!!
