Amazing customer service! I’ve been shopping at Oh Polly for years -
the quality of the clothes is second to none and your order arrives in a cute pink box! Even if you order standard delivery it usually comes the next day and refunds only take about a week if you return your dress. But the best thing about Oh Polly is the customer service, the instagram team are always so helpful and friendly! My fave shop!!!
