Their customer service was brilliant, moya and mark who I spoke with were both really helpful and quickly resolved my problem and were really apologetic for the mistake made with me order.
My issue was literally resolved within a day and the current item has now been sent to me. Thank you both for your polite and quick responses to my issue :)
