Oh Polly has become one of my favourite stores! Not only is the style of the clothing on trend & beautiful, the quality of the clothes is fantastic & affordable too. Recently I had some problems with a refund & delivery delay but as soon as I emailed the customer service team a lovely girl called Nikki helped and was very fast with her response and resolved my issue quickly. Very polite and fast love it ! Happy customer :) xx
