Was in touch with customer services and spoke to the lovely Bethanie regarding an exchange. It was sorted very quickly, and had no problems at all with it.
The quality of the clothes I received were perfect, just a little bigger than expected hence the return. 100% would buy from here again, just will order smaller sizes for the top half in the future.
