I had ordered a dress for a wedding and unfortunately due to Covid, there was a delay. I reached out to Oh Polly to receive an update. I honestly thought that I wouldn’t have received a detailed update, however, Moya was amazing. She let me know that the order was delayed since it was stuck at customs and she let me know that I could reach out again if I didn’t receive my order. She went above and beyond her role and made me feel a lot better about the whole situation!
