Not sure if my review went through so will post again and I have to say this customer service was the best I have ever had. My order went missing, I think the fault of Hermes and my emails were replied to very promptly and a replacement was express delivered to me as need it for my daughters birthday. I have now received it. Thanks again to Annie and yasmin
