I ordered 2 bikinis to Canada and one didn't fit me the best, I was nervous about returning but I decided to do it! I realized after I had shipped it back that I had put the piece in the wrong bag :( I was scared when returns get scanned it would be messed up and I wouldn't get my refund. I sent an email and Aimee & Emily from customer service TOTALLY helped me out! I have NEVER had such a great experience with a return. Read this piece from our emails "I would really like to apologize for any trouble this has caused you and hope it hasn't left you out of pocket. I completely get this is an uncertain time for everybody, so hopefully your refund is now one less thing to worry about!" They fast tracked my refund and I really felt like I was part of the OhPolly family! Seriously what company actually says they hope you weren't left out of pocket? It was so sweet! I will definitely shop here again :)
