Ordering was easy - arrived as promised. Sizing was “iffy” on a couple of tops but all pieces were good quality and packaged well. One item had a very small stain/discoloration mark but the return process was easy to follow.
I only had one SMALL complaint related to slow reimbursement after return process but KATIE from customer service responded to my inquiry within 24 hours. She apologized for the delay and any inconvenience it may have caused and expedited my refund.
Overall was a good experience and I would purchase from Oh Polly again.
