Just want to say a massive thank you to Bethanie Brown for resolved my query on a faulty dress very promptly, her email was very apologetic and understanding. Bethanie not only resolved the query with a more than reasonable resolution but also went beyond that and amend the size of the replacement dress as i could see without trying on, the dress would be too big. Thank you so much for resolving my query, reassuring me and saving the day girl! Your a great ambassador for OH Polly.
