Absolutely in love with my oh Polly fur jacket was so worried it had got lost during transit but thank s to Lucy an Gina for getting straight back to me sorting out a refund and then my delivery turned up today mix up during transit and I let oh Polly know an Lucy an Gina said as a goodwill gesture keep the refund and product absolute STARS!!
