Pole is great, customer service policy horrible. Just installed 20’ freedom edition flag pole. Spent about $350. Decided to purchase a 19.99 boot to protect the base. Website was unclear as to proper sizing and ordered the incorrect size. Called customer service, they said no problem we will email you return instructions and replace the part. The cost to return the $19.99 part was over $10. I will not or would recommend this company due to their rigid policy.
