Within 4 months the ‘higher quality’ version of the flag has numerous tears and holes. The base of the telescope pole is constructed well, but the emblem at the top falls off with the slightest wind.
The company refuses to replace anything, just offers a discount to order again.. but why would I order again knowing it’s horrible quality?
The worst customer service. They should be embarrassed to claim veteran owed with such disrespect.”

Pays to do your research and don’t buy it. Received my 480+ dollar order - 25’ telescoping Delta pole, eagle finial, pole light, 4x6 embroidered flag etc. ALL OF IT STRAIGHT FROM china! Even Old Glory! Don’t buy from china especially not our flag!!!!”
