I have one of your poles installed with proper depth and concrete base, 2 years. 5 sections. The pole is leaning. Ground and concrete still solid and base section is still plumb. Will turning the pole let the upper sections eventually return to plumb? The pole from ground to light(top of Pole) is approximately 2" per 5' level. This an 11 ga. pole I'm open to suggestions.
