Impressive selection, but there are some glitches in customer communication. Got three out of four items (and they're fine), but the fourth was back-ordered and the company never saw fit to mention that until I saw a note in the package. Phone help was unhelpful. Two weeks later, still no CD, no refund, and no clue what's going on. Some simple, auto-generated emails could have made this a lot smoother. Then again, I got this review email minutes after an arrival confirmation email, so maybe not. Oldies really should look into some 21st-century customer service procedures.
