“I've filled these out several times before, and I'm happy to do so again. Oldies is a wonderful resource. It supplements and often replaces Amazon and other sites when one is looking for something esoteric or just plain old. Its prices are almost always competitive with Amazon, and frequently much lower. Since Amazon Prime is so absurdly expensive nowadays, Oldies' no-nonsense "$75 and shipping is free" policy is an excellent alternative. The relationship with Alpha (do they own it?!?!?) makes finding some silent and offbeat movies easy. As always, I highly recommend it! BD”

“I was thrilled to find this 1937 movie on DVD. Price was good, ordering easy and delivery as promised. Oldies.com did great! I only wish it was a better copy. The one I stream from Internet Archive is in better shape. Oh, well ... At least I have my own copy! Thanks Oldies!”

“Customer service is rude, and practically useless. They don’t have my order in the warehouse, even though it lists as in stock. No communication as to when they will have it or when it would ship. Definitely my last order. Would not recommend this business to anyone.”

We shipped the package to the exact address that was entered during the checkout process. Our system automatically generates the shipping label based on the information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. We were not notified that the address was incorrect until after the package had already shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or redirect the delivery address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we are always happy to assist with reshipment once it is received back at our facility.
