“I've filled these out several times before, and I'm happy to do so again. Oldies is a wonderful resource. It supplements and often replaces Amazon and other sites when one is looking for something esoteric or just plain old. Its prices are almost always competitive with Amazon, and frequently much lower. Since Amazon Prime is so absurdly expensive nowadays, Oldies' no-nonsense "$75 and shipping is free" policy is an excellent alternative. The relationship with Alpha (do they own it?!?!?) makes finding some silent and offbeat movies easy. As always, I highly recommend it! BD”

“Horrible! Placed large order. Received one small item- and even that was not correct- and none of my other items were ever sent!. Company refused to resolve, despite me contacting them several times. Credit card did chargeback.”

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. According to our records, the order was shipped in full and marked as delivered by the carrier. After you reported that the package had been stolen after delivery, we provided clear instructions on the next steps and specifically asked that you contact us by phone so a supervisor could assist further. Unfortunately, we never received a follow-up call. Instead, a chargeback was initiated with the credit card issuer before we had the opportunity to complete the review process or explore possible resolutions together. While we understand how frustrating a stolen package can be, once a chargeback is filed, the matter is transferred out of our hands and must be handled through the card issuer. We remain committed to helping customers resolve issues whenever possible and encourage anyone experiencing a delivery problem to contact us directly so we can work toward a solution.

It's impossible to look at OLDIES inventory without finding at least a few items you can't live without. “I’ll be honest, I went in a little skeptical. I read some of the bad reviews and yea, that sucks. No arguing that. But for me, everything went smooth. Ordering was easy, shipping didn’t take forever, and it all showed up without any drama. Packaging was solid too. No crushed corners, no loose discs rattling around like trash. The Blu rays were an absolute steal. Everything I grabbed was marked down from $25 to $5. They also tossed in a stack of catalogs for music and movies, which was cool. Felt like old school mail order chaos in the best way. Overall, really positive experience. No headaches, no hassle. I’d order again without thinking twice. Oldies.com did exactly what they were supposed to do, which these days feels like a small miracle.”

“On previous order I entered my current shipping address but when I placed this order the system defaulted to an older address I no longer live at; I immediately called customer service but they said they are not able to edit and correct the shipping address. (No doubt to prevent a risk of internal fraud, which I appreciate.) Today, I drove across town to that address but it wasn't on the porch; I remembered then the email said "ready to be picked up”
