Based on the items that you ordered, we estimated delivery between Friday, March 8th 2024 and Wednesday, March 20th 2024. According to carrier tracking, the order delivered to you on Thursday, March 14th.

I have not experienced any problems with ordering, pricing or delivery. I have experienced substancial lack of availabilty. Otherwise, I would have given 4 stars.

Great selections and good prices. The problem is acknowledging the order and when shipped. They give an unrealistic time frame for this as it always take more than 2 weeks to just ship the order and then another week to recieve it.

They're mailing process is very slow. They advertise one to three business days to mail it's already been a week for me and my CDs still have not been mailed. I called and they said it would take 10 days why advertise one to three.

It's slower at this time of year due to holiday order volume, sure. You'll want to pay attention to processing time. In-stock items that we have in our warehouse will ship quickly. Items that are available to purchase but have longer processing times might come from other suppliers, or are special order items. If you select "single shipment" during checkout, we'll hold the order until all product is assembled and ready to ship.

I got the DVDs I ordered and they were in great shape. The reason for the three stars is that there is no way to correct information that is wrong on their website. They had my wrong address and I was told when I called that they couldn't fix it. And there's no way online to fix errors. With a lot of effort by myself I was able to get the DVDs delivered to me at my correct address, but only because I happened to intercept the mail deliverer at our mail box and he happened to have my package! They really need to fix their online ordering page to be more user friendly!! RP

The CD played perfectly. But the case was cracked in three different places. I was very disappointed with that. I don’t know how to upload photos. I can’t find James and Bobby Purify on a CD . If you carry it let me know. Thank you

Submitted an order almost two weeks ago. At this time, still have not received merchandise. Perhaps it is in mailbox at this moment. Found merchandise at time of this message.

I did indeed include a crefit card. Someone else checked the send a check box. I waited and waited for the dvd but was finally told that i checkced the box which i did not.

Delivered on time (delivery said from 2-8 days) and I came in 7 days) but i did not receive a slipcover that was supposed to come with the blu-ray. Is there a chance you can mail a slipcover?

It took 11 days for them to ship my DVD and I didn't hear anything from them after emaing 2 times. I ordered from them because most reviews were happy and said fast shipping. Being a US company I did not think it would take so long. SLOW processing of my order.

The price is a little high, but ok. Ordered 8 films but only got 5. The accounting was right, but no explanation about missing films.
