Just about every time I order, at least one item doesn’t make it to me. If an item is available for me to put in my cart & pay for, shouldn’t I receive it? Plus, if I don’t receive it, shouldn’t its cost be credited back to my credit card?

Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review — we truly appreciate it. In this case, two of the items in your order were tagged as studio made-on-demand titles. That means the discs are not pre-stocked in our warehouse; instead, they are manufactured by the issuing studio after the order is placed and then shipped to us for fulfillment. Because of that process, these items carry an additional 5–7 business day handling timeframe before shipment. Your order was shipped and delivered within the timeframe indicated on the product pages at the time of purchase. We understand that some marketplace sellers may ship faster when they already have items physically on hand, but made-on-demand titles do require that extra production step. A bit disapointed that some of the CDs were in slipcases as opposed to jewel cases.

The selection is great (only one movie I'm, looking for and haven't found so far). The only complaint I have is the time it takes to process orders. I ordered a few movies on 6/30 and it's now 7/07 and my order hasn't been even processed yet.

Hey David. Thanks for the feedback! We do indicate the processing time required both on the item's detail page and during checkout. Some products come from other warehouses, and some products are studio made-on-demand items... both require additional processing time. The order that you wrote about does contain a studio made-on-demand item, and was tagged as requiring 5-7 business days prior to shipment. Hello, Michael. You placed this order on the afternoon of March 26th. The item was marked as requiring 3–5 business days prior to shipment, and we shipped your order on April 1st via USPS. It was delivered to you on April 7th. Your order was delivered within 8 business days. We understand your concern about the timing. The product was fine but took the USPS 8 days to get it here. That's ridiculous. Plus their tracking is a joke. Offer UPS or FedEx for faster delivery. THE USPS sucks!

Prices were good. Poorly packed by someone who doesn't own any vinyl. All corners bumped from bad packing and package arrived 50% open because it was carelessly taped.

Placed a large order it arrived quickley but was sent a record I didn't order and not sent one I ordered. I called to straighten out the order. I was told I would be emailed a rerturn mail label in 2-3 days. Waited a week, return label not sent. Called again this time spoke to a supervisor this time, was told the same thing. Waited a week still no return label, called again and spoke to the same supervisor. This time I let them know if I didn't receive the return label I would contact Paypal. Finally received the return label. I also received a refund as requested 2 days later. Wrong item that was sent was not even close to what was ordered, listed 15 were available in stock. When asked when this would be mailed they said it was on backorder, and restock date could'nt be given. Due to poor customer service won't be ordering from them again.

To aii oldies out there do no ORDER anything on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or any holiday. You will not have it in three days.
