“It took 11 days for them to ship my DVD and I didn't hear anything from them after emaing 2 times. I ordered from them because most reviews were happy and said fast shipping. Being a US company I did not think it would take so long. SLOW processing of my order.”

“This was my 1st order from y'all, I've been looking for a site to supply the music I like. I really like the cd. But, the audio is weak. I have to turn the volume way up to hear the last three songs. The initial volume is good, but it loses volume after the first song. It's great what y'all are doing to preserve this music. Kèp it up.”

“From the date of order (Thursday) I did not get the 5 DVD's until the following Thursday and I paid an extra $4 for Priority Mail. The Post Office is slow but they were not sent to the Post Office until Monday. I Felt they should have been in the mail Friday.”

This estimate was based on the product that you ordered and the method of shipment that you selected. According to USPS, it was delivered to you on May 25th.
