“Oldies.com is the one place you can find those really hard-to-find items. While I generally buy DVDs from this site, the only downside is the quality of the reproduction to DVD. I'm sure the transfers are made from the best print available, but more than a few makers (particularly Alpha) are truly unwatchable. The sound of some of these (older) movies is scratchy and the B&W films are so bad that there is no reconciling the contrast. That said, you're pretty safe ordering movies made as far back as the late 60s, but anything further back in time is going to be a gamble. Caveat Emptor. Aside from the quality of certain films, oldies is a trustworthy place to buy and has excellent service. It can be a little slow in shipping, but that's rarely a factor. One final thing on shipping: in my last shipment they have shifted away from using boxes and used only non-protective (no interior bubble-wrap) plastic bags. Not sure how that will work out, but having things shipped that way (as amazon does) will only increase 'damaged-in-shipping' returns.”

“There were some issues and confusion at times, but most have been resolved and I will continue to order from Oldies...The dvds I've watched so far have all been wonderful.
