“I love the quick service I received on my latest order, but one item was missing, and I had to call customer service to find out it was backordered, otherwise, there was no notification when the order was shipped, or in the box when I received the other items ordered; hence the 4 stars instead of 5.”

“They have a great selection of movies and music..... the only Gripe that I have: A couple of the Sales Associate Operators weren't Enthusiastic nor Helpful (I needed help with an "address change mistake" - the first Sales Representative "is like Eyoree"; the second told me her Supervisor would call back after she wasn't helpful.....I Never got the call). Aside from that, everything else went by Fine & Dandy. -Colt”

“The item arrrived in good condtion and before the estimated delivery date. It did take a little bit for the item to be shipped, but nevertheless, it was all good. Decent price too.”

“One of my CDs arrived damaged (the disc itself) but the Apple SuperDrive was still able to read/rip it so no harm done. But can’t give five stars for a purchase if there was a product broken on arrival.”

“I promptly received a new, sealed CD of Eddie Cantor which plays perfectly. I've only rated it 4 stars due to price gouging. Still, I suppose it's supply and demand. I wanted the CD. I paid the price.”

“Rated only good as no invoice or packing slip included and one item ordered was missing so I had no idea of why. Had to call Oldies to find out why (on back order) Order showed delivery date of 7/16/26 however the package did not arrive until 7/20/265.”

“Customers are able to check out a variety of unknown bands at discount prices(cds) but beware of the reviews. They tend to make them seem talented as the Beatles when clearly they are unknown or lesser known for a reason.”

“The "Collection of Obscure Recordings" vinyl box set arrived in nice condition. Very pleased. Years ago I use to add on sale vinyl items from the Outlet section along with regular priced albums. The on sale albums were advertised to be in new still sealed condition. Most of them were actually lousy used albums in poor condition that were re-wrapped to look 'new.' I got tired of being screwed by such deceiving practices. I see they don't have their Outlet section anymore. Just as well. I'm sure other customers were also decieved like i was.”

“Looking at recent mail catalogs in comparison to those in the past, some categories are getting slimmer, whereas emphasis is larger.on other categories, if that makes any sense. For example, There may be more emphasis on Country and Hip-Hop in one catalog and more on Jazz and Rock in another mail catalog. Even distribution would be nice.”
