“I was thrilled to find this 1937 movie on DVD. Price was good, ordering easy and delivery as promised. Oldies.com did great! I only wish it was a better copy. The one I stream from Internet Archive is in better shape. Oh, well ... At least I have my own copy! Thanks Oldies!”

“Placed a recent order for 2 Christmas CD albums on March 6, but wasn't shipped until March 13; Received on March 17, 2026. I thought it took a little longer to actually ship the order than what I would expect ... don't know if they had some sort of problems for which I am unaware. But other than that, order was received promptly after shipping, and in good order, and no real problems Would recommend them.”

“Everything showed up in great shape, the prices were stellar, and I really do love Oldies as a place to find some deals. Taking a week and a half to ship things out kind of sucks, but given the price point, I can't really say it's that bothersome.”

“they have great sales but lately prices have been going up. many movies have blue backing which book stores will not take. dont know why? they play well. have bought a lot from them over the years. sometimes shipping is slow and sometime quick. quality is good and condition new. no major complaints since I keep buying from them,”

Since then, the matter has been resolved: the package was delivered to the address entered at checkout and was ultimately recovered with the help of a neighbor. We followed up directly with the customer to confirm receipt and to help prevent similar issues on future orders. “On previous order I entered my current shipping address but when I placed this order the system defaulted to an older address I no longer live at; I immediately called customer service but they said they are not able to edit and correct the shipping address. (No doubt to prevent a risk of internal fraud, which I appreciate.) Today, I drove across town to that address but it wasn't on the porch; I remembered then the email said "ready to be picked up”
