“Decent variety, good quality product. Shipping often seems to take a few days longer than expected, but is not a problem. Good program & value overall. ** Need to bring back "Ten For" pricing on old movies/TV shows. We used to get 10 for $3.99@ on products marked $5.95 ... now that each item is way up to $6.80@, it would be wise to offer 10 for, say, $5.98 per item.”

“Until my current order, I would have given an excellent 5-star rating but I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for receipt of my most recent order. STILL WAITING”

“I think the reason you kept the item was until my credit card charge cleared. But it wasn't your fault that it took 8 days to be delivered. The USPS in their wisdom instead of shipping the parcel to New Jersey, which is only a little more than an hour away, they sent it to Kansas City Distribution Center. I know it's not your fault, I worked for the Postal Service for over 26 years and instead of getting better it's getting worse.”

“The CD's I received do not download as albums to my iMac, but as individusl songs with not no titles or other attributions. There are work arounds, but they are time consuming. Also, only album titles are included in the physical CD; no song titles. Is this a copyright issue? -lrogerson5@gmail.com”

“It's a pity that allthough I ordered 9 items, I received only 8. I didn't got 'Wallpaper' from Hardy Fox. When I ordered it I got the message that there were only 3 left in store, so I was in time. Further I think that the shipping price was pretty high.”
