“Order placed online. I made a mistake with zip code. Receivrd an emaik stating thr order xould not br processed, I alled Customer Service and gave all information required to process order. I trcrivrd updates on the order. Saw last email ehat infomed ne item had been delivered on Saturday, Harch 22nd. Thr post office must have left it at a different apartment numer. A neighbor left it for me on Sunday. The shipping address omitted my apartment umbrt.”

“The order time of 2/27/2025 to delivery on 3/10/2025 seemed a little lengthy. I ordered 52 items listed as available and received 41. Those 11 titles not received are to be shipped when available(within 30 days). Not unreasonable. Of 11 titles offered of a particular collection, 9 volumes were listed at $.99 and 4 volumes were listed at 3.98. I ordered all titles apparently by simply clicking on the title and not acknowledging the respective price difference. Wondered why 4 volumes were costlier than 7 volumes in the same series and thereby deciding not to keep the 4 with higher price. One item ordered indicated a 3 CD set(54 songs) but was shipped a single CD with the same title(14 songs), each having a different order number. I do want to point out, however, that the shipping package was very well prepared. 2 individual boxes were enclosed in a larger box with packing material, so the items were received in excellent condition. “I would have given you five stars but I gave you four because I did not receive any tracking number to track my package and it just suddenly showed up with no tracking luckily for me my sister who lives upstairs in the apartment with home to get my package so it wouldn't be stolen you got four stars please send tracking info next time when I order”

“I am pleased with Oldies.com for the most part. Getting the order filled was a bit on the slow side, but I guess that can be expected around the holidays. Shipping was also expensive, but I guess nothing can be done about that. I got what I ordered and am enjouing that. Will order again from Oldies.com again.”
