“Customer service is rude, and practically useless. They don’t have my order in the warehouse, even though it lists as in stock. No communication as to when they will have it or when it would ship. Definitely my last order. Would not recommend this business to anyone.”

We shipped the package to the exact address that was entered during the checkout process. Our system automatically generates the shipping label based on the information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. We were not notified that the address was incorrect until after the package had already shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or redirect the delivery address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we are always happy to assist with reshipment once it is received back at our facility.

“I’ve been with Oldies.com a lot of years, and have always found what I was looking for, as well as finding great bargains, whether it’s movies or music. A great selection of movies and music I grew up with. It’s where I can find media that’s good quality and hard to find elsewhere, at great prices. Recently purchased a dvd of an old 1972 movie that I had trouble finding. It arrived on time. Made my day!”
