“On previous order I entered my current shipping address but when I placed this order the system defaulted to an older address I no longer live at; I immediately called customer service but they said they are not able to edit and correct the shipping address. (No doubt to prevent a risk of internal fraud, which I appreciate.) Today, I drove across town to that address but it wasn't on the porch; I remembered then the email said "ready to be picked up”

“Talked to Val recently about my order concerning a mistake that was made by her. The wrong quantity was put in on line. When I checked early, I called right away and mentioned it to Val who told me that I had to order separate the other item I wanted & still pay postage on both with a quantity of 2 when I only wanted one”
