“they have great sales but lately prices have been going up. many movies have blue backing which book stores will not take. dont know why? they play well. have bought a lot from them over the years. sometimes shipping is slow and sometime quick. quality is good and condition new. no major complaints since I keep buying from them,”

“I loved these exercise sessions when they came out on VCR tapes. I didn’t know they came out on DVDs. I can’t wait to start exercising. These sessions are very low impact but have good results.”

“I've been a customer for almost 20 years and their customer service has dwindled significantly since the business was sold 1. Their website has been having technical problems. I get error messages when looking through my order history. It also changed my default shipping address to one I previously deleted.. how it was restored, I have no idea. 2. I placed an order not knowing that my default shipping address was changed. When I called to cancel, the person curtly answered "I cannot cancel it" What kind of e-commerce site is not able to cancel orders 10 minutes after they are placed and are days away from being shipped? I've never had a problem cancelling an order before. The fact that I didn't double check the shipping address is immaterial. It's one thing to not be able to do something that just about any business can do, but not having a polite demeanor on the phone when telling me makes things much worse. They need to fix their website, and hire staff with better telephone manners, and find a way to cancel order placed in error. I go out of my way to patronize smaller businesses but this one has gone downhill, and I'm very disappointed.”

“A great company for the 30+ years I have dealt with it. Terrific folks! And the joy of receiving Atlantic Jazz titles long out of print at terrific prices. My one disappointment is expensive shipping for a loyal customer. 😥”

We understand the frustration around shipping costs. We do offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $75+, but unfortunately we’re not able to extend free shipping to international orders. We work closely with our carriers to keep international shipping rates as low as possible, though costs have continued to rise worldwide. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’d like to provide an update for anyone reading. This review was posted before we had the opportunity to fully address the delivery issue. Since then, the matter has been resolved: the package was delivered to the address entered at checkout and was ultimately recovered with the help of a neighbor. We followed up directly with the customer to confirm receipt and to help prevent similar issues on future orders. We understand how stressful delivery concerns can be and always aim to respond quickly and work toward a clear resolution. “Horrible! Placed large order. Received one small item- and even that was not correct- and none of my other items were ever sent!. Company refused to resolve, despite me contacting them several times. Credit card did chargeback.”

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. According to our records, the order was shipped in full and marked as delivered by the carrier. After you reported that the package had been stolen after delivery, we provided clear instructions on the next steps and specifically asked that you contact us by phone so a supervisor could assist further. Unfortunately, we never received a follow-up call. Instead, a chargeback was initiated with the credit card issuer before we had the opportunity to complete the review process or explore possible resolutions together. While we understand how frustrating a stolen package can be, once a chargeback is filed, the matter is transferred out of our hands and must be handled through the card issuer. We remain committed to helping customers resolve issues whenever possible and encourage anyone experiencing a delivery problem to contact us directly so we can work toward a solution.

It's impossible to look at OLDIES inventory without finding at least a few items you can't live without.
