Stunning bad customer service, averaged over a month per CD on delivery, some CDs took more than 100 days. Never received 5 of them and had to call to get a refund.
Called customer service and their response was "that's just the way it is. They'll get there when they get there." Very rude and condescending. It's fair to say (I to call at least five times to get a status on my orders, waiting a minimum of 20 minutes to get someone) it's the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Much better options out there.
