Horrible customer service! I placed a $200+ order on 11/21/20 and after three weeks, the tracking # they gave me still says that it is still in pre-shipment and USPS is awaiting receipt of the item. When I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told some nonsense about how 2000+ packages are probably on some USPS truck and they haven't scanned any of them in. I asked to cancel the order and I was told they could not cancel it. The manager told me that they are not responsible for getting the package to me. Their responsibility ends when the package is given to USPS. She told me that I had to wait for the package to be delivered. She had no time frame for when that would happen. When I asked her why I am not having these issues with any other online retailer that I do business with, of course she did not have an answer. Unbelievable! I had emailed them about this and never received a response. When I called, both the person who answered and the manager were quite rude and dismissive. When I said I would file a case with the Better Business Bureau, the manager said "go ahead and do that." Unbelievable! I'm out $200 and their answer is they "think" 2000+ missing shipments are on some USPS truck waiting to be scanned in? Right.......
