On the whole pretty good service and product. There were 2 items I had issue with.
1. Your catalogue stated free shipping for orders over $75.00. My order exceeded $78.00. Yet I was charged extra on two items because the were to be shipped separately because of size. And yet they were shipped in the same box as the rest of the order.
2. One item was not shipped because it was back ordered. But there was no accompanying paper to state. I had to call to find out it was back ordered.
