I placed an online order on 11/14/2020. Called to check on order 12/13/2020...was told items were in stock and she couldn't see why there was such a long delay on shipment. Called again 12/15/2020 and was told that the delay was "probably" due to items out of stock. I asked why they didn't contact me about the delay like the invoice said they would, but she couldn't give me a reason. So...the items will arrive AFTER Christmas. Didn't offer to expedite my order. Next time I will choose another merchant.
