Order was wrongly marked as fraud. No notification was sent to me. Called support when I found out days later, a lady with a Phillie accent picked up, speaking with a very rude tone. After explaining my seller rating on eBay would be adversely affected through no fault of my own due to this delay, I ask why I wasn't notified. She tells me there's nothing they can do. I begin suggesting that there actually IS something they can do (send automated email) she very unprofessionally cut me off and told me to order elsewhere, angrily hanging up on me.
Because I needed to protect my seller rating and this was the only store advertising 2-5 day shipping, I called back & somehow convinced her to let me order.
The product was delivered to my customer today, 12/19, a full 12 DAYS after my original order was placed, so my seller metrics still dropped. Stay away if you value good support + speedy service + honest advertising.
