I cancelled an order the next day which hadn’t been shipped yet but it was sent to me anyway. Now customer service says i have to mail it back but they cant send me a prepaid label so i have to pay the postage upfront and HOPE they refund my postage as well. This was the customer service representative’s fault who said she had cancelled the order but failed to do so so I shouldn’t have to pay for postage or have to take time out of my schedule to do this.
