On 11/24/20, I ordered a DVD as a Christmas gift. Oldies invoiced me on 11/24/20, and sent me an e-mail projecting I would receive my DVD between 12/7/20 and 12/15/20. I'm typing this on 1/10/21, and 47 days later, I have not yet received my DVD. Have verbally and via e-mail contacted Oldies Customer Service, who have told me to "be patient" and for me to follow-up with the USPS, Oldies' subcontractor. Have twice asked the USPS to track the delivery status, and on 1/8/21, a USPS staffer told me my DVD is most likely misplaced somewhere between Philadelphia and Jersey City. On 1/8/21, I again both called Oldies Customer Service, and forwarded an e-mail...and I was told an Oldies Supervisor would call me, which so far hasn't happened Previoulsy I have requested a Refund, which Customer Service has denied. I've asked that a "replacement" DVD be forwarded to me, so I can pay my Credit Card, which so far Oldies hasn't responded to. I have been an Oldies customer for over 10 years, and am surprised that Customer Service has so far not resolved this issue for me. I have and am again, asking Oldies to be reasonable.
