Ordered a DVD Dec. 5th which was supposed to be delivered between Dec. 11-23rd. By January 4th still no delivery and no updates. I called and was told it would ship in 2 days by Priority and I would have it in 1-5 days. Called 3 days later, was told it was shipped. Over a week later - nothing. Called again and said I wanted to cancel. Mirna who cancelled my order would not let me get a word in edge-wise. Didn't even bother to ask why I was cancelling. Kept talking over me. Worst customer service ever. Will never use them again.
