Placed an order for (3) LPs on December 11, 2020. The full amount was charged to by CC, and then credited only to have an amount for (1) LP charged. No notification as to why. After several attempts at reaching Oldies via email, I got a response that (2) of my choices were special order (even though the website indicated they had X amount in stock at the time of the order. The Oldies correspondence said (1) LP was shipping & the rest of the order would be filled when in stock. It's Feb 1, 2021 & I have yet to receive the (1) LP I was charged for & they said shipped. Subsequent attempts to contact for a resolution have resulted in emails saying they are short-handed & a customer service rep would look over my order when possible.
I understand COVID has companies shut-down & short-handed, but as a businessman myself, this is absurd.
