Oldies.com Return Policy needs to be slightly modified.
If you send out a duplicate movie DVD to a customer, they should have to pay for the return of the duplicate DVD sent out.
Oldies.com should be responsible and send out a return envelope with a return label at their expense, so the customer can then send back the wrong DVD movie that was sent to the customer. Then get back the duplicate, etc... and then send the customer the right DVD movie they purchased in the first place.
Not the other way around. The duplicate movie was half the price of the movie they didn't send me in my case. But I still like you guys!
