The only complaint I might have is that it took them 10 days to process the order. It was only after I sent an email asking about the delay in processing that I received a reply that it had been processed that day. We received the product and it was in good condition and we've greatly enjoyed the music. If you could find a way to expedite the processing a little bit, I would have no problem giving a rating of 5.
