The website kept saying my order on hold; and still showed old credit card and shipping choice after I spoke to customer service and got my card and shipping choice changed. I called to see why, and got on hold with just silence. Nothing to show I was even still on hold. In general, it gave the appearance of a business that was unorganized, and unfamiliar with wise business practices. I was left feeling no trust whatsoever in this business being able to meet my needs in the future. Hopefully, these things will change and/or just be momentary flukes. Perhaps others have had a better experience.
